The Colorado Defense Mission Coalition (CDMC), which serves as the Growth Plan steering committee, provides a forum to review and discuss the coordination and implementation of the Regional Growth Plan. The group is comprised of a cross-section of community leaders, elected officials, local government staff members, business leaders, non-profit stakeholders and representatives from Fort Carson, including the chairs of each partnership group.
