The PPACG Board approved the Growth Plan on July 14, 2010.

PPACG and its consultant team, with input from Fort Carson representatives, local government officials, community-based service providers and other subject matter experts, have developed the Phase II Fort Carson Regional Growth Plan. The Growth Plan is a comprehensive community planning effort that addresses the impacts of rapid growth at Fort Carson on surrounding communities in order to anticipate the effects, manage resources, and coordinate regional services efficiently and effectively. Below are links that will enable you to download the entire plan or specific sections of the plan.

Phase I of the Fort Carson Regional Growth Plan was completed in July 2008. It is divided into two volumes. Volume one is the main report.
