The purpose and responsibilities of the Board of Directors shall include, but not be limited to:
- Adopting the bylaws and any changes thereto
- Establishing the overall objectives and policies of the PPACG
- Adopting an annual financing plan for the council
- Reviewing, on its own motion or at the request of any committee, any action of the requesting committee, and
- May employ an executive director who is employed at the pleasure of the Board of Directors.
Upcoming Meetings
The Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. The Board conducts a workshop session the Friday before each regular meeting at 9 a.m.
