Angie,
I could probably squeeze in time to help with the SARC, especially if the meetings are infrequent.
Thank you,
Will

Hi Kim and Will,
Thanks for getting back to me on this! And great meeting you virtually today Will. I have updated your contact information and will be in touch regarding WQMC matters. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions in the meantime.
Additionally, I wanted to mention that that several representatives on the WQMC also sit on the Site Application Review Committee (SARC) to provide engineering expertise on site applications when we have them. These meetings have previously been fairly infrequent.
Will – would you be interested in also sitting on the SARC? Please let me know what you think and I can work with our board to see about adding you to the SARC.
Thank you!
Angie

Hi Angie –
I am looping in Will Raatz who is our district’s engineer to be our primary contact and I can be secondary contact at this email as I’m president of the board.
I hope that works.
Thank you,
Kim Merriman

Good Afternoon,
It looks like we have not heard from the Will-O-Wisp Metropolitan District regarding representation on the Water Quality Management Committee (more information in the email below). Can you let me know whether you’d like to identify a primary and secondary representative for the WQMC? If you have another point of contact that would be better to reach out to, please let me know.
Thanks so much!

Good afternoon,
The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) is identifying ways to strengthen our collaboration with the Water Quality Management Committee (WQMC).
To facilitate this process, we respectfully request that you provide the names and contact information for the primary and secondary representatives you have identified to represent your district or organization on the WQMC. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in streamlining our processes. Please email the PPACG Environmental Planner, Angie Martell, with your identified primary and secondary representatives by Monday, November 1, at amartell@ppacg.org.
PPACG is the is the designated areawide “208” Water Quality Planning Agency for the Pikes Peak Region (covering El Paso, Teller and Park counties). PPACG member entities, special districts providing wastewater service in the region, and military installations are eligible for voting membership on the WQMC, which makes recommendations to our Board of Directors. The WQMC serves as a regional forum for the identification, discussion and resolution of water quality management issues confronting local communities and brings together water quality management groups to collaborate on water quality issues in the region. Please feel free to reach out to me or Angie with questions or suggestions on the WQMC and PPACG’s role in water quality in the region.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation, and please let us know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Andrew Gunning, Executive Director
