SUBJECT: Establishing a Nominating Committee for 2025 PPACG Board of Directors

SUMMARY
The PPACG Board adopted a process to select officers for the PPACG Board of Directors (see attachment 1, the adopted Policy for Selecting Board Officers).
The following table identifies the current 2024 PPACG Board officers and their length of service in their specific officer position. According to the Board’s Bylaws, the Board Chair and Board Treasurer are limited to two consecutive terms.

In accordance with the Policy for Selecting Board Officers, the current PPACG Board Chair will select the Nominating Committee during the November 13 Board meeting, with the approval of the Board. This nominating committee would be made up of voting PPACG Board members who do not wish to be nominated as officers for 2025.
