SUMMARY
Ms. Erin Marruzzella was the appointed representative for Innovations in Aging on the Pikes Peak Commission on Aging. With the closure of Innovations, this membership role in the by-laws is being removed. The Commission has welcomed Ms. Marruzzella staying on the Commission as an at-large member.
PROPOSED MOTION
Move to accept Ms. Erin Marruzzella’s change to at-large member and forward to PPACG Board for final approval.

- Disapprove the item as presented.
- Approve the item with amendments.
