SUBJECT: CDOT 10-YEAR PLAN PROJECTS PRIORITIZATION
ACTION REQUESTED: Review & Recommend
SUMMARY
CDOT requests review and approval of a proposed funding strategy for 10-year plan projects to fully fund the highest priority projects (i.e., US24 East and CO67 Woodland Park) within the available 10-year Plan funding limits. Future funding will be sought to make the lower-priority projects whole.
The PPACG Board of Directors previously reviewed and discussed the proposal at their July 2024 meeting. The TAC reviewed and recommended approval of CDOT’s funding proposal at their August 2024 meeting.
The TIP will be amended to reflect the adjustments outlined in the CDOT memo upon approval from the PPACG Board of Directors and the Transportation Commission.
PROPOSED MOTION
Recommend approval of CDOT’s request to adjust the 10-year projects.
