may be in attendance to collectively watch the Colorado Springs State of the City Address at 8 a.m., on Thursday, September 25, 2025. The group will watch the address in the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments Main Conference Room at 14 S. Chestnut St., Colorado Springs, CO 80905.
