The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) to call for various programs and projects serving older adults in El Paso, Park, and Teller counties. Programs awarded funding from this call will be eligible to receive funds beginning on July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028. PPACG receives funding for programs serving older adults through the Older Americans Act (OAA) and Older Coloradans Act (OCA).
Applicants are required to attend a Request for Proposal Conference, either in-person or virtually, at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025. The in-person component will take place at the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments at 14 S. Chestnut St., Colorado Springs, CO, 80905. The virtual component will take place on Microsoft Teams.
