Bar chart of the number of unlinked passenger trips per year from 2013 to 2022. Between 2013 and 2019, ridership increased by an average of 3% a year and there were 3.21 million unlinked passenger trips in 2019. There was a large drop in ridership from 2020 onward. MMT’s 2023 annual ridership was 2.87 million boardings, which is roughly 89% of 2019 ridership.
