Map of the changes proposed in the 2050 Regional Transit Plan for Colorado Springs. Six on-demand zones are proposed: Northgate/Gleaneagle in purple, Northwest On-Demand Zone in green, Northeast On-Demand Zone in pink, Central On-Demand Zone in blue, Southeast On-Demand Zone in orange, and South On-Demand Zone in light red. Four potential expanded transit centers, denoted in purple bus icons, are mainly to the west of the Northeast and Southeast On-Demand Zones. New fixed-route service, denoted with thick purple lines, is proposed to run throughout the north and east of the city. New crosstown routes, denoted with thick blue lines, are proposed in the central parts of the city. Enhanced transit corridors, denoted with thick red lines, are proposed in the central and western parts of the city.
