The map shows the area east of downtown Colorado Springs, bordered approximately by Interstate 25 on the west, Academy Boulevard on the east, Circle Drive on the south and Palmer Park Boulevard on the north, with the boundary extended to the west to Interstate 25.
In the center of the map is the Printers Hill Development near the intersection of Pikes Peak Avenue and Union Boulevard.
Throughout the map are the Mountain Metropolitan Transit lines, potential development areas and residential new home construction. New home construction is spread out throughout the northwest section of the map, and then has two concentrations near Fountain Boulevard and Hancock Expressway, and along Samaritan Loop northeast of Fountain Boulevard and Academy Boulevard.
Small potential development areas are spread out through the northern half of the map, with larger parcels in the areas of downtown Colorado Springs, along 7th Street south of Cimmaron Street, along Las Vegas Street southeast of downtown and near Academy Boulevard, near Union Boulevard and Fountain Boulevard, and along Academy Boulevard.
