Transportation Fact Sheets – Answers to Submitted Questions

  • Can you please tell me whether either of the following count toward the response’s 4-page maximum? Work Examples, Proposed Staff Resumes: Yes, proposed staff resumes and work examples should be included in the 4 pages. PPACG is aware that these will be truncated  to fit the page maximum and may ask for clarification if needed.
  • Will the fact sheets require translation and/or 508 compliance? Fact sheets will not require translation. Fact sheets should be 508 compliant to allow PPACG to post them online and adhere to state accessibility requirements.
  • What is the anticipated number of client reviews for each deliverable? PPACG anticipates one review cycle for each fact sheet. That is each fact sheet (or group of fact sheets) would be delivered as a draft, comments would be provided, and then the sheets would be finalized.
  • Is there any additional information you can share about the fact sheets (e.g., preferred length, target audience, etc.)? The preferred length for each fact sheet would be one letter-sized paper, either single or double sided (1-2 digital pages). The target audience is the general public. PPACG anticipates using these fact sheets at  public events, open houses for specific planning processes, on the PPACG website, etc.
  • Are the fact sheets intended to cover the MPO area or PPACGs tri-county area? A fact sheet may focus on the MPO or the tri-county area depending on the subject matter of the fact sheets.
  • Will the final product(s) be presented to the Board? We anticipate sharing the products with the Board of Directors, but we do not anticipate a need for the consultant to present to the Board.
  • Regarding the proposal format, should we include a cover letter and if so, does it count toward the 4-page limit? A proposal cover letter is welcome but not necessary. It would not count toward the 4-page proposal limit.
