The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments will hold two open houses for the 2027-31 Transportation Improvement Program, one in person and one virtual. No formal presentation will take place, but staff from PPACG and from member governments will be available to answer any questions during each open house.
PPACG is accepting comments on the Fiscal Years 2027-31 Transportation Improvement Program and financial plan, a four-year plan that implements the long-range regional transportation plan’s goals and identifies the specific transportation and transit projects for which the region will allocate its federal funds. PPACG oversees the program’s development and amends it as conditions change.
The draft is available for review at ppacg.org/transportation/transportation-improvement-program. Public comments will be accepted through Sunday, April 12, 2026, and will be accepted through an online form.
All comments received will be made available on the PPACG website after the public comment period ends. The comments received will be reviewed by staff and the PPACG Transportation Advisory Committee, Community Advisory Committee and Board of Directors.
