PPACG seeking requests for proposals for Complete Streets Toolbox
The Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments plans, in coordination with Federal Highways Administration, Federal Transit Administration and the Colorado Department of Transportation, to obtain a consultant to develop a Regional Complete Street toolbox of model policies, standards and practices for voluntary use by the PPACG jurisdictions as they deem appropriate.
